    I’d hit Jim Wiser with the franchise tag immediately – he’s a scary talent you can’t afford to lose.

    As for free agents? Kate James is the highest ranking on my board. There’s also a kid on the west coast, Adam Witt who has strong chops and deep Chicago roots
