Researchers in Finland say, Vitamin C does help ward off a cold but only if you exercise regularly.
They studied more than 11,000 people and found that the vitamin did help people, but only those who worked out on a regular basis.
According to researchers, Vitamin C had no real impact on so-called “couch potatoes.”
They also found that children were more responsive to the vitamin than adults.
Diets rich in Vitamin C can include orange juice, strawberries and kiwis.
