A fraternity at Northern Illinois University is being sued over a deadly hazing incident.

Freshman David Bogenberger of Palatine consumed five times the legal limit of alcohol during a frat initiation in November.

His body couldn’t take it and he died.

His family says, fellow frat members failed to get help when David passed out.

The suit names Pi Kappa Alpha its NIU chapter, and officers and members involved in the initiation.
