Now former officers John Cichy, Matthew Hudak and Terrance O’Brien will stand trial.

But in a lawsuit, Kelley Altom says the officers’ behavior is part of a broader pattern of abuse in the police department, and he was one of their victims.

The officers searched his home in 2011 and said he was producing marijuana.

The charges were dropped, and Altom says the search was illegal.

Legalize cannabis and you free up needed space in prisons for violent criminals, your broke-ass state can make money from taxing it and it's one less thing for gangs to make money on. It's a no brainer!!!
