In honor of Michael Jordan’s 50th birthday, Sports Illustrated will feature the basketball legend on its February 18th cover for a record 50th time.
In his cover story on Jordan, senior writer Phil Taylor explores the former Chicago Bull’s lasting effect on the world of sports and examines his new job as a basketball executive for the Charlotte Bobcats.
Following the “50″ theme, the magazine will also feature all 50 covers Jordan has appeared on, 50 reasons why we’ll never forget His Airness and the perfect 50 dunk that shot him into superstar status.
