A man was dragged for a block after being hit by a car on the South Side.
The crash happened at 11 p.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of 83rd and Ingleside in the East Chatham neighborhood.
The car took off after hitting the man.
Police were able to track down the car and took three people into custody.
Charges have not been filed.
The man is in serious condition.
