Heart Healthy Truffles
Ingredients:
3 cups walnuts (unsalted)
16 pitted dates
less than 2/3 cups cacao powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut for dipping
Directions:
Blend first three ingredients together until smooth, then roll little truffles with the mixture and roll in the coconut or other topping.

We love the wood working segment today, such lovely gifts. Also, I know the mom who did the truffles. Fun stuff. We like seeing her on the show. She has fun with Dina, it seems.

Nice segment. I was searching for truffle recipes and this came up. I love the easy 3 ingredients and simple recipe. I will make this tonight!
