I am a resident of the 7tward an has ben since 2006. I saw nothing that Sandi Jackson did and now it has been two weeks from tomorrow that I called 311 to request a light bulb to be replaced. How long and how much does it take to replace a light bulb when house taxes are increased yearly. I would greatly appreciate someone getting back to me with an answer as well as hear from our new alderwoman.
