Experts say the worst of the flu season is over according to experts.
The number of those infected is dropping: there are fewer states reporting illness and fewer people in those states.
The flu season started earlier than expected and now appears to be ending early… and in the final analysis was considered only moderately severe.
However there is one warning from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. – there have been flu spikes late in the season so continue to try to protect yourself… hand washing is the best defense.
