An overnight crash on the Tri-State tollway left a northwest side woman dead after ejecting her from her vehicle.
21-year-old Danielle Pisterzi lost control of her car in the southbound lanes near Willow Rd while trying to pass another car around 11 p.m. Saturday.
Illinois State Police say her car crashed into the median, flipped over, then skidded into an SUV.
Pisterzi was rushed to Lutheran General Hospital where she was pronounced dead just before midnight.
There were no other injuries.
