A man is hospitalized after being shot during a robbery on Chicago’s South Side.
It happened just before 8pm Saturday night in the 2400 block of West 54th street.
Police say several men approached the victim for cash. One of the suspects then shot the victim in the back and ran off without taking anything.
The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
No arrests have been made.
