Happy Chinese New Year!
Celebrations and fireworks went off around the world, as more than a billion people helped ring in the Lunar New Year at midnight Saturday.
It’s the Year of the Snake, which has traditionally been seen in China as a symbol of wisdom, wealth and longevity.
In Chicago, families celebrated at the Garfield Park Conservatory at a party with food, music and live snakes.
