Chicago police have charged a 22-year old mother and her boyfriend with child abuse.
Police say Priscilla Forys and 21-year old Julian Hernandez bit, scalded and broke the bones of an eight-month old boy.
A three-year old girl was so badly neglected that she lost weight and hair.
Both adults are charged with felony aggravated battery and misdemeanor endangering the life and health of a child.
The children are now in the custody of the department of children and family services.

These two are the kind of thrash that bullets are made for. They are disgusting horrible people! They deserve nothing less than to be tortured. I hope they get everything that is coming to them in prison.

There will be no justice for those babies, They should have the same thing done to them and see how they like it then hang them by their toe nails over an alligator pit. I have no sympathy for pieces of *******

How about charge them with attempted first degree murder….throw them in solitary, lock door and walk away….come back in a year and toss what's left of em in the trash. And even that would be to good for em….

Where is the extended family? How did no one notice the 3 year old was so neglected which caused weight and hair loss? I don't understand! How can people be so evil?!

Ill take care of the children. I will show them Love !! The only problem is..The court would take them away from me and give them back to their Biological parents.
This is only one case of many. Our children have no safe haven anymore and with the economy the way it is ..its only going to get worse. So very sad!!

They really need to think about bringing back work farms. Places where people like this go to do hard labor – working on a farm to learn how to become productive hard workers. To do nothing but work to pay for their shelter, food and keep them too busy > TO > get into trouble.
