Check your energy tank daily. Every morning, before you get out of bed, drop a dipstick into your energy tank and using a scale of 0-100% ask your inner BFF, “How full is my energy tank?” and then take self-care action accordingly.
Self-Compassion & Self Acceptance
One of the most toxic pollutants to our self-worth is comparing ourselves to others. Transform comparison into self-compassion and self-acceptance. Just like a diet where you watch your calories, here you watch your words. For 40 days, no comparing yourself to others or who you think you should be. Everytime you do, you stop, drop and say the self-love mantra to yourself. Double love dare – you turn the comparison into inspiration and appreciation by telling the person you are comparing yourself to what you love about them.
Is all about having joy in your life. Most of us have forgotten what makes us happy. We get way to serious. Let Joy in and let your little self out to play. Take a sheet of paper + markers or crayons and write the word JOY in the middle. Fill the sheet up with all the things that make you happy. Think back through all of your ages. Don’t stop until the page is full. Then take yourself out to play and do at least three of things in your Joy Portrait.
