Evanston man charged with string of hair salon robberies

A man was charged with robbing several hair salons across Chicago area faces a bond judge Wednesday.

Jason Logsdon has been charged with 11 counts of armed robbery.

Jason Logsdon, 42, from Evanston has been charged with 11 counts of armed robbery.

Authorities arrested him on Monday in Skokie, just hours after he allegedly robbed a Great Clips salon in Wicker Park.

Police say surveillance video and lineups helped them capture him.

Logsdon is accused of entering the store, pulling out a hand gun and then handling over a dark bag to some employees.

Police say he took-off with $250.

Logsdon is believed to be responsible for at least 14 robberies at salons in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

        WE ALL know dude wasn't black!!! it would've mentioned it somewhere and the racist people would've been talking about food stamps and dumb ish about how we're all raised.

        But the fact he was using a BB-gun mean they couldve been whooped his A** for these robberies.

        Regardless of race they all should've teamed up on this man and held him for the police. They all lost a sense of security in the salons and some lost money that wont be recovered from this hype.
