Police question suspect in hair salon robberies

Police in Skokie have arrested a man in connection with a series of hair salon robberies around the Chicago area in recent weeks.

The arrest comes after a Great Clips salon in the 1200 block of North Ashland Avenue in Wicker Park was robbed at gunpoint Monday morning.

Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy says the suspect fits the pattern of the man suspected in four beauty salon robberies in Chicago and several more in the suburbs, including Skokie, since December.

Skokie police are not yet commenting on what led up to yesterday’s arrest. So far no charges have been filed.

Great Photo Op Garry, just how did you catch the guy, or are you just taking credit for the collar?

Crises doesn't mean you have to take law into your own hand. http://www.hair-palace.co.uk/category/articles/
