A freshman at Loyola University is facing charges he raped two classmates in their dorm rooms earlier this month.
Investigators say Colin Kennedy knew both of the victims and asked them to let him sleep in their rooms.
He told them he could not get into his own room.
Police say the second victim immediately reported the rape to two friends, one of whom was the first victim, who had not yet come forward.
Kennedy was held on $300,000 dollars bond at a hearing today.
