Two men accused of shooting and killing a teenager after a basketball game at Chicago State University, are being held without bail.
Michael McNabb, 32, of Chicago, and Stephen Gilbert, 29, of Alsip, were each charged with first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Tyrone Lawson.
Police say an argument during post-game handshakes spilled out to the parking lot Wednesday night, when Simeon Career Academy defeated Morgan Park High School.
Lawson was shot twice in the back, while he was running away.
McNabb and Gilbert appeared in bond court Saturday, and their next hearing is set for Jan. 22.
