5 Fat Fighting Superfoods

Garcinia Cambogia –
Derived from a fruit found in Indonesia, this one has been hitting the airwaves recently as the newest natural fat buster, and I absolutely love it!  This incredible fruit has a key ingredient in the rind called Hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which works by telling your brain that you’re full – so you don’t eat as much.

Raspberry Ketone –
This one has been making waves in the scientific community and has created quite a stir among Dr. Oz fans after he called it a “Miracle Fat-Burner in a Bottle.”  Raspberry Ketones help your fat cells release fatty acids, which are then burned as fuel for your body.  It also helps regulate your glucose, so it’s a one-two punch for weight loss.
