The Chicago Tribune reports the mother of a boy who was found alone in the streets of the city’sWest Englewood neighborhood has been charged with child endangerment.
Carla Conrad was charged with misdemeanor child endangerment, according to Chicago Police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.
Someone called police after seeing the child running down the sidewalk in the 7200 block of South Hermitage shortly before midnight.
