Cameras were in the courtroom when a west suburban man was arraigned Monday on murder charges.
Joseph Spitalli, 34, of Darien is accused of killing a Skokie man who was dating Spitalli’s former girlfriend. HeĀ pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday morning in DuPage County court.
The public defender’s office requested that Spitalli’s appearance at the arraignment be waived, or that he be allowed to wear street clothes to avoid negative images that might taint future jurors. But the judge orderedĀ Spitalli must wear his orange jail uniform.
This is the second time cameras have been allowed at a court proceeding in DuPage County.

A camera is a device that records images that can be stored directly, transmitted to another location, or both. Actually in this website I have also got some valuable information about the camera which plays a roll as man arraigned on murder charges. Thanks a lot for posting this valuable information in this website at all.
