One of Chicago s newest restaurants is bringing Vietnamese flavors to the city`s fine dining scene.
It`s called Embeya, and Chicago Tribune restaurant critic Phil Vettel says the food and the atmosphere are work checking out.
Phil Vettel has been the Chicago Tribune’s restaurant critic since 1989. Video versions of Phil’s reviews (without revealing his face, of course) can be seen weekly on WGN-TV and CLTV. And he’s a regular contributor to the Tribune blog The Stew (chicagotribune.com/stew).
