Will Cicero s town president be allowed to stay on the ballot for his re-election campaign&6;
Newly appointed election board members are discussing Larry Dominick’s fate tonight.
And a decision is expected soon.
Over the past two weeks, the election board heard arguments from those who say Dominick is ineligible to run for town president because he never got the proper work permits for renovations to his house.
Dominick testified his ex-wife handled all documents on his renovation before she moved out.
The board must rule on Dominick s eligibility by this Tuesday.
The election is scheduled for February 26th.
