Wanabees, who will drop out by 16 and be dead or in prison by 17, a Sad State of Affairs for a city that once had the potential to be great but allowed the greed of the politicians to fester and the criminal element to take hold. A city that has now been written off and is well on its way to becoming the next Detroit.
