A car being sought in connection with a shooting crashed and flipped over while trying to get away from police Thursday morning.
Chicago police say they tried to pull over the vehicle several times but the driver wouldn’t stop.
Officers say they stopped chasing the car because it was driving so erratically that public safety became a concern.
Police believe three suspects in the vehicle were involved in a shooting in the 4300 block of West Altgeld about 8 a.m. Thursday.
While trying to avoid police, the car crashed in front of a home near school and Paulina on the North Side.
Two men were taken to the hospital; one suspect is still on the loose.

I find it interesting that none of the stations reported that the first shot was fired from a cps high school teacher parking lot.
