A family is suing a school district in the far Southwest suburbs claiming their 10-year-old daughter was forced to urinate in a cup on a moving school bus.
It happened during a field trip last January for a Wilmington Middle School.
The Sun-Times reports teachers allegedly refused to stop for a bathroom break.
The lawsuit seeks more than $150,000 claiming the girl was humiliated and suffered extreme emotional distress.
School officials have not commented on the lawsuit.
