There was emotional testimony today in the trial of accused bank robber Robert Maday.
Prosecutors say Maday has robbed several banks and when he escaped police custody back in 2009, which triggered a manhunt in the northwest suburbs.
Maday is also accused of trying to kidnap a woman he carjacked.
She says she was afraid, but it was almost comical when Maday didn’t know how to use a car remote and she had to help him steal her car.
