A man from Chicago will be sentenced on Friday for posting a Facebook photo of his 2-year-old daughter bound and gagged with tape.
Andre Curry was found guilty in December of two counts of battery. The judge ruled that by placing tape over his daughter’s mouth, curry obstructed her breathing for his own enjoyment.
While his sentencing was initially scheduled for Monday, the County Clerk said he will now be sentenced at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
He faces up to seven years in prison.

He'll probably end up with probation and counseling!! What he needs to do is escape and they'll just let that slide as well!

I am White Male Former Marine. He totally Messed up. I think give him 500 hours of community service and 6 months house arrest. Seems like he had clean background other then this. If the Baby died then For Sure Prison but I think from the Pictures I saw he was Screwing around and took it way beyond the Limits.
