A Chicago cop responding to a burglary call was injured in an accident on the way to the crime scene.
The police SUV collided with a vehicle near Sacramento and George on the city’s northwest side in the Logan Square neighborhood.
No word on what led up to the crash.
The officer was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious-to-critical condition.
