I spent the morning with the Villa Park Police Department as they helped 17 needy families have a happier holiday. After collecting their holiday wish lists, as well as a substantial donation from a benefactor who wished to remain anonymous, the police force went to Target to buy as many of their wanted items as they could. They’ll wrap the presents on Saturday, and deliver them on Sunday.
