The judge in the manslaughter case of Richard Daley‘s nephew could be replaced Monday.
Judge Arthur Hill was chosen randomly to hear the case involving Richard Vanecko.
But, Hill once worked for former Mayor Daley.
Hill said last week, that he thinks he can still be impartial.
But, he gave attorneys until today to decide if they want another judge.
Vanecko is charged in the 2004 death of David Koschman, during a fight outside a bar in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
He has plead not guilty.
